The only thing that really makes me feel worried sometimes is the scope… in some case the scope should be explicitly restricted to the inner of a function. Maybe for security reasons or even to avoid unwanted side effects. But the „comfortable“ and „flexible“ way arrow functions bring along I‘m afraid that hereafter some coders will just use them in any thinkable case without being aware of side effects and stuff…
